UTI Mutual Fund has declared dividend under its schemes UTI Dividend Yield Fund and UTI Unit Scheme for Charitable & Religious Trust and Registered Societies (UTI – CRTS). The quantum of dividend decided for distribution, under UTI Dividend Yield Fund, is 5 per cent or Rs. 0.50 per unit on a face value of Rs.10 per unit. Under UTI CRTS, the quantum will be 4.886 per cent or Rs. 4.886 per unit on a face value of Rs.100 per unit. The record date for distribution of dividend under both the schemes is 27th July, 2010. UTI – Dividend Yield Fund is an open-ended equity scheme with the investment objective to provide medium to long term capital gains and / or dividend distribution by investing predominantly in equity and equity related instrument, which offer high dividend yield. UTI – CRTS is an open-end income scheme, which has the investment objective to provide regular income to unitholders of the scheme.
